Meditation Posture
The way you sit for Meditation is called ‘Posture’.
Posture should be comfortable and stabe.
Select the Posture which is most suitable to you.
You can either sit on the floor with crossed legs or streched legs with leaning on the wall. If you practice Yogasana, Sukhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana is the most suitable Posture for Meditation.
You can also sit on a chair with crossed legs. Sit comfortably on the chair with streched legs or sit errect with legs firmly placed on the ground. If the legs are closed, it is more suitable to sit for longer durations of Meditation.
