Memories of our Past Lives
We have lived in different lives with different bodies.
Life is a series of events that one comes across in his life time which we call as ‘Experiences’.
When one experiences the situation in total, then that situation becomes just experience and he gets the greater understanding. Understanding is Knowledge. Knowledge expands the Consciousness. It is a blissful state.
When one experiences the situation partial, then the situation becomes inconvenient for him to experience. This leads to physical and mental illness. This is due to lack of Energy in the Core.
He can come out of it by understanding that the situation is for him to experience and he need not change the situation. By being in silence and Meditative state, one will get abundant Cosmic Energy. Then he can be able to perceive the situation and experience in total. He will be blissful at that situation.
All unresolved experiences gives lot of inconveniences in this life and it extends to next lives too. These inconvenient situations will haunt us life after life till we get greater understanding.
These kinds of memories will be at the peripheral layers of our Knowledge zones. It surfaces very often in deep sleep, in deep silence and in Meditation.
These memories are called Past life memories.
Meditation is the greatest and wonderful experience.
Meditation is the easiest and natural phenomenon that is there with every one of us.
Meditation is the only way to understand and to elevate to state of Bliss.
What is Meditation?
Meditation is the journey from known frequency to unknown frequencies. Meditation is the journey from our limited perception to unlimitedness. Meditation is the journey from Body-Mind Consciousness to Self Consciousness.
How to do Meditation?

Posture is defined as the way you sit for Meditation. Posture must be comfortable and stable. Posture is the first and foremost step in the process of Meditation. You can select a comfortable place in your natural environment. The place should be very comfortable and esthetic to you. You should feel comfortable in that environment. In that place select a comfortable place. Then sit in that place.
You can sit in your normal way or you can sit cross legged, Sukhasana.
Then clasp your fingers. You can also do mudras. Then when you feel comfortable, slowly close your eyes.
Meditation Technique is the technique one adopts to reach Meditative State.
The easiest and profound way is to: Observe one’s own natural Breath.
How to adopt the technique?
After selecting the place, posture with the eyes closed, Take deep breath. Inhale deeply. Exhale deeply. Do Inhalation, Exhalation consciously with total relaxation for 5 times. Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Take your own time.
Then, slowly stop the inhalation and exhalation which you were doing consciously.
Slowly you will witness a miracle. What you were doing consciously is still happening without your commands.
Breath is happening on its own. Sometimes erratic, some times rhythmic. Observe that natural flow of Breath.
Let it happen on its own. Just witness it. Do nothing. Just witness the Breath. Do not do conscious breathing. Breath happens on its own. Just be with the Breath and its flow.
Miracles start happening.
Breath slowly becomes thinner and thinner. Breath becomes shorter and shorter.
Slowly you will transcend the mind zone.
Here in the process, known or unknown thoughts may just creep in. It may or may not disturb you.
If it is not disturbing you, just be with breath. Slowly thoughts reduce.
If thoughts are disturbing you: Thoughts will be there in the process of transcending the mind, because mind is nothing but bundles of thoughts.
When thoughts come and haunt you, just witness consciously your in-breath and out-breath.
Do not negate the thoughts. Do not energize the thoughts. Do not go behind the thoughts. Just allow it to happen.
Relax…relax…Just observe the Breath. Witness the in-breath … out-breath…Breath will be erratic…Slowly the breath becomes rhythmic. Breath becomes thinner and thinner. Thoughts too become lesser and lesser.
Thoughts will not disturb you. It just happens as if it is happening some where and you are only witnessing it.
Slowly thoughts become zero and breath becomes shorter and shorter.
Slowly you will transcend the mind/thought zone.
Meditative State and Meditative Experiences:
By Observing, Witnessing you will slowly reach No Thought No Breath State. It is the Meditative State. In this state you will receive abundant Cosmic Energy.
By continuously doing Meditation,
Third Eye gets activated. Further Third Eye gets perfected.
Astral Travel starts happening. We ‘see’ our own physical body.
Our Energy body gets cleansed.
We will get glimpses of our past-lives.
We will ‘Experience’ many more.
By doing Meditation,
Our understandings will change.
Our perceptions will change.
We will understand our Unlimitedness
We will understand Death and Beyond.
We will be blissful at all times and situations.

Meditation is the way to be physically and mentally healthy.
Meditation helps us to understand our selves.
Our physical body and mind is the essence of our Energy Body. Energy Body is the structure of the Self.
Energy Body is in the form of Nadi Mandalas, a group of Nadis or Energy tubes.
These Nadis or Energy tubes will have Energy within it. When there is abundant Energy in the Energy tubes, Energy Body will be Energetic. According to the Energy in the Energy Body our
physical body and mind will be healthy.
When there is less energy in the Energy Body, Energy body depletes. These depletion causes Etheric Patches. This leads to ill health.
In other words, the root cause of our ill health in our physical body is the depletion in the Energy tubes in the Energy Body.
Meditation is the way to receive abundant Cosmic Energy.
The Energy cleanses all Etheric patches in the Energy tubes of the Energy Body.
By doing more and more Meditation we receive abundant Cosmic Energy. The Energy cleanses all Etheric patches and the Energy body becomes highly energetic.
This leads to physical health and mental happiness.
By practicing Meditation every day for one hour, we will get abundant Cosmic Energy. With this we will be physically healthy and mentally peaceful. Further we will get higher understanding.
We will elevate to a state of Bliss.
Child and Parenting
We are Consciousness.
When consciousness comes to this earth plane by taking its first external breath, it is called Birth.
From the day of the birth to age of seven the life’s stage is called Childhood.
The consciousness experiences its experiences in total.
Consciousness has all the capacity to perceive. Consciousness develops the capacity to express.
In the process its behavior, expression changes very rapidly. sometimes we may see erratic behavior also.
The consciousness is trying to experience, express according to his design.
The behavior, thoughts, expression may not be similar to its parents.
It is because child is individual consciousness which has its own thoughts, design to execute in this plane.
Child is used the parents as the vessels to carry from its source.
so. Parents have to understand its behavior and nurture with caring. They need not meddle by forcing to implement their thoughts to it. It is where parents find it difficult to handle the child.
Parents should understand the science.
Parents should love, care protect the child.
Parents should allow the children grow with its own thoughts and expression. If possible encourage to progress in that way.
Parents should give Knowledge to the child about life. They have to share their experiences.
The clearer in your thinking, perception, expression, the more the child will understand you.
We have to work with them beyond body and mind.

Anger is the character of the mind.
When you feel that things are not happening according to your thoughts, you get angry. Anger towards the next person surroundings in that situation.
When your energy is very low, you will get frustration. You will become depressed.
On the other hand if every thing is happening around you as you think, you feel egoistic. You start seeing people differently. Your behavior, your attitude will have the aura of egoistic person.
Both these attitudes are of the mind. So it keeps changing every now and then.
You are trapped in this. You believe what ever happening is right according to your point of view. That is why you start blaming the next person around the circumstances for your anger or sorrow. You blame the situations. If your energy is low, you blame Nature, God, fate etc. You do not know how to come out of it. You feel you are trapped in the situation.
Normally a person will never feel that he wants to come out of it or he never feels that he can change.
But, you can come out anger, sorrow and all other problems.
It is possible by understanding one self, his true nature and his original character.
Your behavior, your attitude depends on your inner core- your Consciousness
We are the Prana, the Consciousness.
Consciousness has created the body-mind and nurturing it, energizing it to perceive this frequency to experience, to express, to expand and to create.
Consciousness is unique for each and every individual.
Consciousness is a unique combination of Energy and Knowledge.
Each and every Consciousness has its own unique combination of Energy and Knowledge at each and every moment.
Meditation is the journey form thoughtful state to thoughtless state.
Meditation is the journey from body-mind state to Self.
When we are passing through Mind zone, thoughts do come. Thoughts may be known, unknown, related to our life or unrelated to us. All kinds of thoughts do come when we pass through Mind zone. Some times it is so irritating that we tend to come out of Meditation abruptly. Thoughts do disturb us when we are in the mind zone.
The way to cross the mind zone and to reach Self is what we call Meditation Technique.
Here is the Technique to transcend the Thought zone:
Sit comfortably with clasping your fingers and with crossed legs,
Close your eyes gently.
Take few deep breaths.
Now relax, totally relax.
Relax your body totally.
Now just be with your self.
Watch the silence, inner silence.
Let the breath be on its own.
Watch the Breath.
Thoughts may come- known or unknown.
Watches the thought, just witness the thought.
Do not analyze, do not negate or do not go behind the thought…
Just allow it happen on its own.
Just be with the Breath.
Witness the breath or witness the thought.
Just be pure witness-or.
Slowly thoughts reduces.
Emptiness or inner silence increases.
Watch the Silence. Watch the inner emptiness.
Slowly you will reach No Thought state.
Normally you will experience No Thought state within few minutes in the first session.
It will be felt normally after few sessions.
Meditate for 45 minutes in one sitting. In these 45 minutes, almost 20 minutes will be spent in Thought Zone. We will have pure Meditative state for few minutes in intervals.
By doing more and more Meditation, we will have very less thoughts and we will really experience the bliss in Meditation.
Thoughts are of Mind Zone.
To transcend the thoughts, we have to do beyond mind work that is we have to do the Self work.
Concentration is Mind work; Observation, witnessing with out analysis is Self work.
When we are with Self work, being a witness, we can easily transcend Mind.
Stop all activity of Mind and start Self activity.
You will attain Meditative state.
